Our Journey.
We support Moms to take care of themselves through deeper connection with other local women. Their women.
How A Date Night Transformed From Giving Mom A Break Into Supporting Moms Everywhere.
Oprah, Brene Brown, Elizabeth Gilbert, Mel Robbins, Gretchen Rubin, Rachel Hollis...these are some of the women who have taught, inspired, challenged and motivated me over the past two decades. Each for a different reason; the education, the research, the relatable stories and the kick in the ass I often need. Lucky for me, my life partner is as committed to personal growth as I am, as is evidenced by his planning a date night to see Gretchen speak in NYC.
As we left the event, a progressive venue full of women (and a few good men), he posed a simple question, “Who is the Gretchen Rubin of small, hyper local deeply connected tribes?” The big-picture thinker in our partnership, I indulged the speculation for a few moments but mostly dismissed it as just another one of his great ideas. The following hour was spent sharing how important tribes have been in our own lives.
Most notably for him. I've seen the difference that small, intimate "teams", tribes or circles of men deeply committed to each others success has made in his life.
These "teams" or small tribes come together with the sole purpose to support each other in living the life they've always dreamed of living. They were deeply committed to each other's success, held weekly "circle ups" and taught Pete that he could have the life he always wanted to have if he just gave up the idea of trying to figure it out and doing on his own.
Like many moms, I'd been overwhelmed, isolated and generally burnt out. Getting through the birth and childrearing of three small humans and the subsequent demands on my time and attention had left any notion of my "being the woman I've always wanted to be" as a distant memory. There had to be a better way. One thing that Pete's experience with his Mens' teams had taught us both was that life wasn't meant to be done alone. We each know that our participation in deeply connected tribes has left each of us healthier, happier, more productive and even better for each other. It surely empowered each of us to be the best parents (and role models) for our kids that we could be.
We know that everyone would want access to the kind of results we've realized over the last 10 years from belonging to our own tribes. We also know we're not the only ones facing the many challenges of raising kids. Lack of time, pressing commitments, conflicting priorities, work, health, kids.
An easy to follow, step by step system was needed to support Moms to come together in small, committed tribes. The result? Women having each other's back, a true safetynet for whatever life throws at us, a place to be seen heard and understood while also being reaffirmed as a woman. A place to have our most basic evolutionary needs met: to belong and be connected to others in a safe space.
Wait. We were onto something. This isn’t a business model, this is a life purpose.
At a time when our world is becoming more disconnected and “social” media wins over a casual coffee, we suddenly felt an urgency--and a responsibility--to do something about it. And that was before we did the research. Digging in over the course of a few weeks, we learned that missing out on girls night doesn’t just leave us feeling bummed out. It leaves us isolated, stressed and may have as much an impact on our health and morbidity as obesity or even smoking 15 cigarettes a day. What?!
Building on our career success, continuing education and passion for people, we are fully committed to ending isolation. We’re starting with women, because everything starts with women, and will soon bring our cause to men, teens, Veterans, seniors and the corporate world. Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and understood and we are creating the path to get there. We hope you join us.
This is our story. This is our why. Welcome to Kindrify.

Jennifer creates and delivers dynamic learning opportunities that clients refer to as “relevant, fun and practical” and was recently touted as “the best speaker of the day out of a group of very good speakers.” A business owner at the age of 19, Jen went on to assume leadership roles at Nordstrom.com, Starbucks (corporate) and Getty Images. Embracing her entrepreneurial side and passion for empowering others, she established her own coaching and consulting firm and is a trusted advisor to clients such as Twinings North America, Moda Operandi and GuruMaker Executive Development.
Dan Martin, CEO of Twinings North America says of Jen’s style, "You have a gift in your ability to read between the lines. You understand not only what people say but also have a keen instinct of interpreting the subtle and hidden meaning behind the words that have been said – and equally importantly, the words that have been left unsaid.”
Building upon her experience and success in the corporate world, Jen made a pivot in 2019 to become Chief Connection Officer of Kindrify, where she is solving the world’s epidemic crisis, one connected tribe at a time. Jen is passionate about bringing other women along the journey of doing motherhood in a connected way, as noted by Lisa Calvert, CHRO, Betterworks: “Jen is able to seamlessly blend her deep professional coaching and leadership experience with her passion for her family in a way that allows other moms to trust in and learn from her. Not because she has it all figured out, but because she is a life-long learner who is always striving to be a better version of herself."
When she’s not focusing on her family or running her business, you can find her on a hot yoga matt or in the Personal Growth section of your nearest bookstore with a Starbucks coffee in hand.
